Our Story
EcoNest Foods was founded to solve a pressing challenge: Nigeria’s protein deficit.
With Nigeria consuming over 1.5 million MT of poultry and 3.6 million MT of fish annually but producing only a fraction locally, we saw an opportunity to build a model that is both profitable and impactful.
From our Abuja pilot farm, we are executing a 5-year roadmap that scales into feed mills, hatcheries, processing plants and branded retail outlets. By Year 5, EcoNest Foods will serve millions of households, employ thousands, and export to regional and global markets — all while staying true to our mission of sustainability and community impact.
